What a wonderful mat! The material is sturdy, I haven’t found myself slipping and it can handle every pose I do. The mat is also beautiful. I got it in the color yellow, and it compliments the rainbow designs so well! The designs are not just for looks, they guide the placement of my hands and feet. This could also help those who are in the process of learning different poses. Since I am a local customer, my mat was hand delivered to me extremely fast and with kind service. All in all, it is a great quality mat for a reasonable price.

I bought two Swan and Field yoga mats in December; one for me and one for my daughter who is a certified yoga instructor. She and I both enjoy taking hot yoga classes, and we both strongly agree that Swan and Field Yoga mats do not slip. An extra bonus is that the mats are beautiful! They come in a variety of colors and being partial to blue – I bought their bright blue mats.
