Return & Exchange Policy

At Swan & Field, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In its original packaging
• In the original plastic wrap/sleeve, fully intact
• Free from signs of wear, damage, or use

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

2. Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for your preferred replacement.

3. How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact us at swanandfield@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for the return
• Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns that are not due to an error by Swan & Field.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Swan & Field.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
