1. Acceptance
Returns for a refund or exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. For Exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new mat.
2. Condition
For a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging (plastic wrap/sleeve intact), and in a sellable condition, free from any signs of wear.
3. Contact
Contact the company before organizing a return for assistance with the process. Please provide your name, order number and the reason for the return. Once we review your request we will contact you with further instructions.
4. Costs of Return
For non-faulty Swan & Field items, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
5. Required Details
If the product arrives with faults or defects, contact the company as soon as possible and provide images/details to speed up the exchange process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
