1.    Return Eligibility

We accept returns for refunds within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused

• In its original packaging

• Plastic wrap/sleeve fully intact

• In resellable condition

• Free from signs of wear, damage, or use

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

2.    Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your mat, the fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order for your preferred replacement.

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
