Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Neda.
Fitness has shaped my life for as long as I can remember. Whether I’m strength training, practicing yoga, or simply making time to move every day, I believe caring for your body is one of the greatest investments you can make in yourself.
My background brings together two distinct worlds: engineering and the beauty industry. Engineering taught me to appreciate thoughtful design, material performance, and lasting quality. The beauty industry taught me the importance of aesthetics, experience, and how the things we surround ourselves with make us feel.
Swan & Field is where those two perspectives come together.
After years of searching for fitness essentials that offered both the performance I expected and the aesthetic I wanted, I decided to create what I couldn’t find—products that bring together thoughtful design, dependable performance, and beauty.
Every Swan & Field product is chosen and designed with intention: to support the way you move, complement the spaces you live in, and become part of the daily rituals that help you feel your best.
For me, Swan & Field is about more than fitness. It’s about finding strength in movement, confidence in taking care of yourself, and beauty in the everyday. I hope Swan & Field inspires you to move with confidence, live with intention, and Surrender to Beauty.

Our Philosophy
We believe movement should feel as beautiful as it is powerful. Every Swan & Field piece brings together performance, thoughtful design, and purpose—created to support a practice you’ll want to return to, day after day.
Our Mission
Swan & Field was created to raise the standard of the everyday mat. We focus on the details that shape a better practice—from dependable grip and considered cushioning to durable materials and distinctive design. Our purpose is simple: to create pieces you reach for every day, made to perform beautifully and designed to endure.
Find Your Return to Stillness
In a world that rarely slows down, your practice offers something increasingly precious—a moment to return to yourself. To breathe more deeply, quiet the noise, and reconnect with what matters beyond the demands of the day. Whether you find that space in the solitude of an early morning practice or in the shared energy of movement with others, the ritual is uniquely yours. A place to release, restore, and simply be present.
