I’ve owned several mats with the last being from Manduka. It was a good mat, but lacked grip when cool and especially during hot yoga classes. The Swandive mat has excellent grip, perfect thickness and takes away my worries about slipping. It absorbs sweat while maintaining excellent grip. Clean up is easy and the mat looks great!
